I have booked Maruti Ritz VXI ABS (Red brick colour) during August 2009 with M/s. Sai Services, Vasai. Till date I am unable to know the delivery date. I understand from the dealer that the colour and ABS system is making the delay.
I would like to know the real reason behind the delay.

I think you better contact the local dealer. He can give you the exact reason for the delay. There is no point contacting the Maruti Suzuki Company for this either. Local dealers are the best option in solving these types of issues.
